Returns & Exchanges


We value our customers and above all, want you to be happy with your order.

However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your items our policy is active for 14 days from the date of delivery. 
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the items were delivered in the last 14 days, in original packaging, were not used or damaged, and you have proof of purchase.

Please keep in mind that it is normal for wooden toys to have natural markings and they are not considered product defects. 

Once we have received and checked your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Light Lion reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 

Final Sale

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. There are no price adjustments for items purchased prior to a sale.

Returning Goods

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the merchandise to Light Lion. 
Light Lion cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Light Lion is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the merchandise or proof of received return delivery.


Depending on stock availability, we can try our best to exchange items to the best of our ability.


Products purchased as a gift may be returned in exchange for a gift e-card. The cost of shipping the product back to Light Lion will be paid for by the customer.
If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned product is received, a gift e-card will be emailed to you.
If the products weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
