Handcrafted Wooden Sheep

This handcrafted and hand painted wooden sheep is simply art!

In 1938 Alfred Trauffer, the grandfather of the current owner of Trauffer, founded this company with such artistic craftsmanship.
Even today, the wooden animals in the “Edition 1938” collection, which this wooden sheep is a part of, are carved in this highly complex and artistic way in the Bernese Oberland of Switzerland.
